Adults and children (aged 8+) start with 2 capsules per day with or without food for one week, then increase to 4 capsules daily with or without a meal as tolerated.If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, these are easy to twist open and sprinkle contents onto food or into a glass of water. It is helpful to drink plenty of water throughout the day when taking a prebiotic supplement.
