We created this moisturiser after hearing from customers and stockists who wanted something lighter in texture than our usual creams. Our classic Skin Milk Udder Cream has always been our go-to recommendation for an all-round restorative moisturiser, but plenty of people prefer a softer, quicker-to-apply option — especially if their skin is thin, reactive or easily irritated. Richer creams are wonderful for deep nourishment, but they can take more time to massage in, particularly if you’re applying them every day from head to toe.

So, we got to work on a lighter formula, and we’re pretty happy with the result — a time-saving lotion we honestly wish we’d made sooner.

Despite the lighter feel, this formula certainly isn’t lacking. It’s packed with our favourite moisturising oils that the skin absorbs beautifully, plus a generous amount of soothing aloe vera and German chamomile to keep everything calm and happy. As a little bonus, it has a soft, dessert-like scent. And while we don’t recommend eating it, you technically could — every ingredient we use is natural and edible.
