Babies need a proper cleanser in the bath — water alone doesn’t lift away much dirt or the random things little hands get into during the day. The problem is that many mainstream baby washes rely on cheap, synthetic detergents that strip the skin’s natural oils. That’s when dryness and irritation kick in.

The big, fluffy bubbles parents love (and babies adore) often come from Sodium Laureth Sulphate, which is known to be drying. And yes, bubbles are basically a bath-time essential, so we wanted to create something that keeps the fun without upsetting sensitive skin.

Instead of one strong detergent, we use a gentle blend of five natural cleansers. Using small amounts of each helps keep the formula mild while still giving you a decent bubble effect. The bubbles may not last quite as long as SLS bubbles, but a quick swish of the water brings them right back, which makes splashing around even more rewarding.

To top it off, we added soothing colloidal rice bran to comfort and nourish delicate skin. The result is a wash that’s kind, effective, and leaves babies feeling silky soft. And between us, plenty of grown-ups enjoy it just as much as the little ones.
