The price of the products will be displayed on the website at the time we accept your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
Payment is made by credit/debit cards or PayPal (displayed at the checkout) at the time we accept your order. Refunds shall be made by means of a credit to your credit/debit card.
According to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can change your mind and get a full refund within Fourteen days of receiving your goods, as long as the item is sealed and in its original condition. All items will be refunded in full, but you (the consumer) will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.
If by mistake, we have dispatched a wrong item, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0208 343 1002 within seven days of the receipt of the order, we will send you a tracked return postage label. Please provide us you order number as a reference.
You have up to 30 days from receipt of your purchase to report any faults or damage to an item in order to qualify for a refund.
Should we be unable to replace or repair the faulty item within three months after being informed, you will qualify for a full refund.
In addition, if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, we offer you 30 days to report your specific concern(s) for consideration.
As a customer, ensure that any returned item arrives back in its original condition.
We do not charge any re-stocking fees.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods.
Upon receipt of the item we will than refund the amount by means you paid for the transaction.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail tracked services.
Under the current law relating to ‘selling on the net’ we have 30 days to complete the order. However, orders are dispatched within 3 working days. (Monday to Friday, 9:30 – 17:00 UK time, excluding any official holidays). The arrival of your order then depends on the efficiency of the carrier.
Once an order is dispatched, it is up to the carriers to deliver the parcel to the customer on time. In event of uncontrollable circumstances your order might be delayed.
If your delivery does not arrive after 15 working days, please give us a call on 020 8343 1002 or e-mail us on: email@example.com, This time is very important as Royal Mail would not respond if an item were lost until 15 working days have passed. After this time we shall either repost your items or give you refund.
