Developed by Viridian's expert nutritionists with pre-conception care in mind, this comprehensive formula provides a carefully selected blend of vitamins, minerals, and botanicals at therapeutic levels to support hormonal balance, egg quality, and overall reproductive wellbeing.

Folic acid is one of the most well-established nutrients for pre-conception care, contributing to normal cell division and required before and during early pregnancy to support the healthy development of the neural tube. This formula uses methylfolate (5-MTHF), the biologically active form that can be utilised directly by the body regardless of genetic variations in folate metabolism. Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate are included as co-factors in this important metabolic pathway.

Iron, provided in the gentle and highly bioavailable bisglycinate form, supports normal red blood cell formation and helps maintain energy levels, which are particularly important during preconception and pregnancy. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function, which is critical for reproductive health and foetal brain development. Vitamin D3 supports normal immune function and plays a role in reproductive health.
