At Zen Health Foods, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened food products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
