Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.

  • Acute use: take every half hour, up to 6 doses per day, until symptoms subside.
  • Maintenance use: take 4 times daily.

Take half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

The Four Salts in Combination N

Combination N contains Calc Phos (calcium phosphate), Kali Mur (potassium chloride), Kali Phos (potassium phosphate) and Mag Phos (magnesium phosphate), each at a 6X potency. Within the tissue salt tradition, Mag Phos has long been regarded as the salt connected with muscles and nerve fibres, Kali Phos with the nervous system, Calc Phos as a nourishing salt and Kali Mur as a salt linked with the body's fibrin.

Together they create a balanced blend that many women prefer to taking individual salts separately. Some like to take Mag Phos dissolved in warm water alongside it, a long-standing tissue salt custom. Combination N can be used on its own or as part of a broader routine recommended by your natural health practitioner.

Where Tissue Salts Come From

Dr Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler (1821-1898) developed his biochemic system after years of studying the mineral content of human tissues. He settled on twelve salts, each prepared at a gentle potency by trituration with milk sugar, and suggested they be taken as small, easily dissolved tablets. His ideas proved popular well beyond Germany, and the twelve salts he described are still produced to the same principles by specialist manufacturers today.
