Natures Aid Iron is formulated using the Bisglycinate form of the mineral, as this is said to be more absorbable and it is gentle on the stomach. Iron Contributes to: Normal cognitive function, normal energy yeilding metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and the normal transportation of oxygen in the body. Vitamin C increases Iron absorption. B12 & Folic Acid contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Natures Aid Iron Bisglycinate will also contribute to a reduction in tiredness & fatigue.
