Excipient Ingredients: Purified Water, Emulsifying Wax, Almond Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil Fixed, Squalane, Aloe Vera Leaf Inner Juice Powder, D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Piroctone Olamine, Allantoin, p-Anisic Acid, Bisabolol, Humulus Lupulus Flower Extract, Citric Acid (for pH Balance), Potassium Hydroxide.

Although the Pink Eczema Cream stands out with its bright pink colour, it won’t stain the skin. The colour is derived from vitamin B12, a well-known ingredient often used in products formulated for dry and easily irritated skin.

Unlike basic vitamin B12 ointments that rely on petroleum-based formulas, this cream is built on a hydrating base designed to lock in moisture while supporting the skin’s natural barrier. Maintaining a healthy skin barrier is essential for protecting vulnerable skin from environmental irritants. As the skin becomes more hydrated, some people may experience slight flaking—this is a normal part of the process as dry, damaged skin sheds and healthier skin is revealed beneath.

As with any new skincare product, it’s advisable to carry out a patch test before use. Vitamin B12 contains cobalt, so individuals with a known sensitivity or allergy to cobalt may also react to vitamin B12.
