About Montezuma's

Montezuma's began in 2000, when Helen and Simon Pattinson swapped careers in law for chocolate after a trip through South America. Their first shop opened in Brighton, and the chocolate is still crafted in the UK today, now from a base near Chichester in West Sussex. The brand has always had a playful streak, which is why so many bars carry cheeky names, but the approach to ingredients is taken seriously: no palm oil, ever.
