King Soba Organic Brown Rice Paper 200g is a wholegrain variation of traditional rice paper made using organic brown rice flour. This rice paper provides a slightly nutty flavour and is commonly used to prepare fresh spring rolls and other Asian-inspired dishes.

Brown rice retains its bran layer, which contributes additional fibre and a richer flavour compared with white rice.

The rice paper sheets soften when dipped in warm water and become flexible enough to wrap around fillings such as vegetables, herbs, tofu, or rice noodles.

The slightly nutty taste of brown rice complements fresh ingredients commonly used in spring rolls.
