Description

Organic Deglet Nour dates without pit. The dates are harvested, sorted, washed and steamed for 1-2 h for supporting the sugaring process. Subsequently the dates are dried at 65 °C for 1-2 h. Then the dates are pitted by hand and finally packaged. Taste Sweet, dark flavour Texture Firm, Product is softer when freshly process but does harden through shelf life. Heat to soften Colour Dark brown in colour
