Ingredients

Sodium cocoate, Sodium rapeseedate, Aqua, Sodium castorate, Argania spinosa (argan) kernel oil, Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) leaf oil, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, Limonene, Linalool. *Occurs naturally in essential oils.

Contraindications

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if redness or irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children. Contains essential oils with naturally occurring limonene and linalool, which may cause a reaction in sensitive individuals - carry out a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

Suggested Use

Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water. Glide the bar over your hair from the roots towards the ends a few times, or rub it between your hands to create a lather first. Massage the lather into the scalp with your fingertips, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed. If you are switching from conventional shampoo, allow a couple of weeks for your hair to adjust. Keep the bar dry between washes on a draining dish.

One bar can last as long as around three bottles of liquid shampoo, so it is a smart swap for your wallet as well as the planet.

A Long-Time Favourite

Coconut oil and rapeseed oil create a cleansing lather, while castor oil gives the foam a rich, creamy texture. Argan kernel oil adds natural conditioning to help leave hair soft and manageable. Lavender essential oil brings a calming, herbal-floral aroma, and tea tree leaf oil adds a crisp freshness that leaves the scalp feeling clean and invigorated. Limonene and linalool occur naturally in these essential oils.

Rub the bar directly onto wet hair or lather it in your hands first, then massage into the scalp. The foam is generous and the scent is fresh without being overpowering. Hair rinses clean and feels light, soft and refreshed. If you are moving from bottled shampoo, it is worth allowing a few washes for your hair to adjust to a natural soap-based bar.
