Ingredients

Sodium cocoate, Sodium rapeseedate, Aqua, Sodium shea butterate, Pelargonium graveolens (rose geranium) leaf oil, Rubia tinctorum (madder) root, Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool*. *Occurs naturally in essential oils.

Contraindications

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, and discontinue use if redness or irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children. Contains essential oils with naturally occurring citronellol, geraniol and linalool, which may cause a reaction in sensitive individuals - carry out a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

Suggested Use

Wet the bar and your skin with warm water, then rub the soap between your hands or directly onto the skin to build a creamy lather. Massage gently over hands, face or body and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Between uses, rest the bar on a free-draining soap dish or in a soap saver so it dries out completely - this helps it last much longer.

Friendly Soap's Rose Geranium Soap is handmade in West Yorkshire with pure rose geranium essential oil and coloured naturally with madder root. It is gentle, gorgeous and surprisingly versatile, offering a soft floral fragrance that feels romantic without ever becoming heavy. At 95g, it is a lovely little bar to treat yourself with or to give to someone special.

The Charm of Rose Geranium

Rose geranium oil is distilled from the fragrant leaves of the Pelargonium plant and has a scent remarkably close to rose, with fresh, green and slightly citrusy facets. It is a much-loved ingredient in natural skincare for its balancing, rosy aroma. Madder root, a traditional botanical dye, gives the bar its soft pink colour. The base of coconut oil, rapeseed oil and shea butter produces a creamy, nourishing lather, while citronellol, geraniol and linalool occur naturally within the essential oil.
