Suggested Use

Before first use, soak the sponge in warm water for a few minutes until it is soft and fully expanded. Gently squeeze out the excess water without wringing or twisting. Use alone or with your favourite soap, massaging in light circular motions over the face or body. Rinse thoroughly after each use, squeeze gently and hang to dry in a well-ventilated place. Replace every two to three months, or sooner if it starts to break down.
