Contraindications

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are taking medication or are under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use. Shape Me contains green tea and ginseng and therefore contains caffeine. Beautiful Me contains cocoa. Those with an allergy to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae) should avoid blends containing chamomile or calendula. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Suggested Use

Place one tea bag in a cup and pour over freshly boiled water. Allow Youthful Me, Shape Me, Comfort Me and Happy Me to brew for 3-5 minutes, and Beautiful Me for 2-3 minutes, then remove the bag. Enjoy as it is or with a little honey.
