Description

This larger bottle of ume su offers the same fruity sharpness and salty complexity traditionally produced during umeboshi pickling. It’s an easy substitute for vinegar in many recipes and works beautifully with vegetables, salads, tofu dishes and grains.
A small splash adds plenty of flavour, making it a convenient and unique choice for seasoning.
