Contraindications

High-dose vitamin D. Do NOT exceed recommended dose. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Seek medical advice before use if you have hypercalcaemia, kidney stones, sarcoidosis, or are on thiazide diuretics (increased risk of hypercalcaemia). Regular monitoring of vitamin D and calcium levels is advisable with long-term high-dose use.
