Ingredients

Psyllium Husk (Plantago ovata Husks), Fructooligosaccharides (Cichorium intybus Root), Inulin (Cichorium intybus Root), Prune Juice Powder Extract (Prunus domestica Fruit), Pectin (Malus sp. Fruit), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum & Bifidobacterium lactis.

Contraindications

Always take with adequate water (at least 200ml) - inadequate fluid intake may cause choking or intestinal blockage. Do NOT use if you have difficulty swallowing or any narrowing/obstruction of the oesophagus, stomach or intestines. Caution with medications - psyllium may reduce absorption of drugs taken at the same time (take medication at least 1 hour before or several hours after). Seek medical advice before use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Suggested Use

2 heaped teaspoons (approx.10 grams) daily, mixed into 200ml water and taken with food, or as professionally directed.
