Ingredients

Contraindications

Do not exceed recommended dose - high-dose vitamin C may cause digestive upset or diarrhoea. Seek medical advice before use if you have haemochromatosis (iron overload) - vitamin C enhances iron absorption. Caution with kidney stones (oxalate history).

Suggested Use

1 teaspoon (5ml) taken daily before food, or as professionally directed. Shake well before use.
