Contraindications

Do NOT use during pregnancy - celery seed has traditionally been considered a uterine stimulant. Do NOT use if allergic to celery or birch pollen (cross-reactivity). Caution with anticoagulants - may have mild blood-thinning properties. Caution with lithium - may increase lithium levels. Not recommended for use in kidney disorders.
