Contraindications

Do not exceed recommended dose. Excessive calcium intake may cause hypercalcaemia. Caution with certain antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones) and thyroid medication - take at least 2 hours apart. Seek medical advice before use if you have kidney stones or hypercalcaemia.

Suggested Use

1 capsule taken 3 times daily, with food, or as professionally directed.
