Alpha01 Clove Wormwood Complex 525mg 90 Capsules

Three traditional botanicals, one simple capsule. Alpha01 Clove Wormwood Complex combines equal amounts of green black walnut hull, clove and wormwood in a single 525mg vegan capsule. This classic trio has been a familiar combination in traditional herbalism for many years, and Alpha01 presents it in its most straightforward form: whole, ground plant powders with nothing unnecessary added.

Meet the Three Botanicals

Green black walnut hull (Juglans nigra) comes from the outer husk of the black walnut, a large tree native to eastern North America. The hulls are harvested while still green, before the nut ripens. Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) is the dried flower bud of an evergreen tree from Indonesia's Maluku Islands and is one of the world's most aromatic spices. Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is a silvery, intensely bitter herb from the daisy family, best known as a flavouring in traditional European drinks.

175mg of Each in Every Capsule

Each capsule provides 175mg of green black walnut hull powder, 175mg of clove powder and 175mg of wormwood powder, totalling 525mg. Because the botanicals are whole ground powders rather than concentrated extracts, the amounts on the label reflect the actual weight of each plant in the capsule. The strong, bitter and spicy flavours are sealed safely inside, so there is no unpleasant taste.

Vegan Capsules With a Clean Formula

The botanicals are combined with a small amount of brown rice flour and sealed inside a plant-derived hypromellose capsule, making the product suitable for vegans and vegetarians. There are no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Please note that this product contains walnut, which is a tree nut, so it is not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

Batch Tested for Quality

Alpha01 is a UK supplement brand whose products are made in the EU to GMP food safety standards using non-GMO ingredients. Every batch is tested for heavy metals and microbial contaminants, with lab reports published by the brand. The capsules are supplied in a resealable, recyclable pouch that keeps them fresh and uses less plastic than a rigid tub.

Three Months per Pouch

Each pouch contains 90 vegan capsules. At one capsule per day, that is a 90-day supply. Take one capsule daily with water, preferably with food. Many people who use traditional botanical combinations prefer to take them in short courses, so it is worth reading the precautions and seeking advice from a qualified practitioner if you are unsure.

A Note on Wormwood

Wormwood is a potent herb and should always be used exactly as directed. It is not suitable for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and long-term continuous use is not recommended. Always stick to the stated serving and do not combine with other wormwood-containing products.

Storage

Reseal the pouch after each use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Food supplements should be used as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
