Position: Sales Manager
Location: Natural Health, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6PH
Role Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and providing guidance to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer retention.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock rotation, and contribute to product selection.
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in health foods, supplements, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team effectively.
Passion for health, wellness, and a good understanding of health food products.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using POS systems and familiarity with sales analytics tools is a plus.
