It contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, and to normal cognitive function, among many other roles. Trace Minerals Liquid Ionic Zinc Drops deliver this essential mineral in a convenient liquid form, so you can tailor your intake drop by drop.

Each 1.25ml serving (about 25 drops) provides 50mg of zinc as zinc sulphate, together with a little copper and a base of the brand's own ConcenTrace® Trace Minerals from Utah's Great Salt Lake. The 59ml bottle provides around 48 servings at the full amount, or far more if you choose to take a smaller dose.

Why Zinc?

Zinc is one of the most versatile minerals in the body. Trace Minerals includes 2mg of copper per serving to help keep things in balance. It is a small, thoughtful touch that reflects the brand's whole-spectrum approach to minerals.

Product Highlights

50mg zinc per 1.25ml serving, plus 2mg copper

Made with ConcenTrace® Trace Minerals

Liquid form allows flexible, adjustable dosing

Certified vegan and gluten free

No known allergens

Made in a cGMP facility and third-party tested

Flexible Dosing

One of the great advantages of a liquid zinc is that you are not locked into a fixed tablet strength. The full serving is fairly generous, so many people prefer to take half a serving or less, especially if they already get zinc from foods such as pumpkin seeds, lentils, chickpeas, oats or wholegrains. Just count out the drops that suit you.

How to Take It

Shake the bottle well before use. Mix the drops into a flavoured drink or food, as the taste is strongly mineral, and always take zinc on a full stomach to keep things comfortable. If you have a sensitive stomach, start with half a serving. Spreading your intake through the day can also help. There is no need to refrigerate.

From the Great Salt Lake

Every Trace Minerals product is built on ConcenTrace, the mineral concentrate the company harvests from the Great Salt Lake through natural solar evaporation. Combined with independent third-party testing, it is a heritage that has made the brand a trusted name in liquid minerals for decades. This ionic zinc is a practical, adaptable option for anyone who prefers drops over tablets.

Good Food Sources

Alongside your drops, enjoy zinc-rich foods such as pumpkin seeds, cashews, chickpeas, lentils, oats, tofu and wholegrain bread. Pairing a liquid supplement with a varied diet is the simplest way to keep your intake well balanced.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0965/7191/6675/files/KIN-6552_6f0cd132-a196-414d-96d6-52cfeb936a93.webp?v=1793966618
