In the Schuessler range it's known as the water eliminator, and this 30ML Spray makes it quick and easy to include in your day without any tablets to remember.

It's a great choice for people who like the idea of a gentle, traditional cleanse, or who simply want to feel lighter and more comfortable.

About Nat Sulph

Sodium sulphate is associated in Dr Schuessler's system with the removal of excess fluid from the tissues and with the liver and digestive organs. It works closely with Nat Mur, which governs the distribution of water. Nat Sulph is part of Combination 12, Combination C, Combination E, Combination M and Combination S.

A Tablet-Free Way to Take Tissue Salts

The Schuessler 30ml sprays use the same 6X mineral salts as the tablets, but they swap the lactose carrier for a light liquid base of purified water, glycerin and ethanol. That makes them a practical alternative for anyone avoiding lactose, dairy or sugar, or for those who simply prefer not to chew tablets. A single pump gives a measured 0.2ml, there are about 150 sprays in each bottle, and the compact pack is built for life on the move.

A Little Tissue Salt History

Dr Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler (1821-1898) was a German physician based in Oldenburg who became fascinated by the mineral content of the human body. After studying the ash left behind from human tissue, he identified twelve inorganic salts he believed were vital to healthy cells, and in 1873 he published his findings. He called his approach biochemic, and he prepared each salt in a tiny, finely triturated form so it could be taken comfortably by people of every age. His twelve salts have travelled the world ever since, and they remain a familiar part of natural health routines today.

From the Schuessler Specialists

Martin & Pleasance is an Australian natural health company that has been making tissue salts for generations, and its Schuessler range is found in health food shops around the world. Each salt is prepared at a 6X potency following Dr Schuessler's traditional method, and the single salts are numbered alphabetically from No 1 Calc Fluor through to No 12 Silica, with combinations identified by letter or number.

How People Use It

Some customers keep the Nat Sulph spray for the times they feel they need it most, taking doses more frequently for a short spell, while others prefer a steady four-times-daily routine over several weeks. Either way, it's best taken half an hour before food, away from strong flavours like mint and coffee. Many people also find it helpful to pair it with other Schuessler salts, as recommended by their practitioner.

Spray Highlights

Lactose-free, dairy-free and sugar-free

6X potency, as Dr Schuessler intended

Measured 0.2ml dose per spray

Around 150 sprays per 30ml bottle

Slim, travel-friendly pack

For a lighter, more balanced feeling, the Nat Sulph spray is a simple, traditional option.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0965/7191/6675/files/KIN-8080_db850535-c125-44dd-940c-a5af59be6d91.webp?v=1793966413
