The Schuessler 30ML Spray - Calc Sulph offers calcium sulphate at a 6X potency in a lactose-free liquid, ready to use in seconds.

It's particularly handy for teenagers and adults who want to add a traditional inner element to their skin care routine without remembering to chew a tablet.

About Calc Sulph

Calcium sulphate is the mineral found naturally as gypsum. In the tissue salt tradition, Calc Sulph has been described as a blood cleanser and is associated with the skin and the later stages of the body's natural renewal processes. It's also one of the four salts in Combination D, the Martin & Pleasance skin blend, and features in Combination 12.

The Spray Format Explained

Instead of a lactose tablet, this Martin & Pleasance spray carries its 6X mineral salts in a liquid of purified water, glycerin and a little ethanol, which acts as a preservative. The result is lactose-free, dairy-free and sugar-free, which many people find more convenient than tablets. Each press releases 0.2ml straight into the mouth, a 30ml bottle provides roughly 150 sprays, and there's nothing to crush, chew or dissolve.

A Little Tissue Salt History

Dr Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler (1821-1898) was a German physician based in Oldenburg who became fascinated by the mineral content of the human body. After studying the ash left behind from human tissue, he identified twelve inorganic salts he believed were vital to healthy cells, and in 1873 he published his findings. He called his approach biochemic, and he prepared each salt in a tiny, finely triturated form so it could be taken comfortably by people of every age. His twelve salts have travelled the world ever since, and they remain a familiar part of natural health routines today.

From the Schuessler Specialists

Martin & Pleasance is an Australian natural health company that has been making tissue salts for generations, and its Schuessler range is found in health food shops around the world. Each salt is prepared at a 6X potency following Dr Schuessler's traditional method, and the single salts are numbered alphabetically from No 1 Calc Fluor through to No 12 Silica, with combinations identified by letter or number.

Building Your Routine

The traditional approach is little and often. Many people take the Calc Sulph spray four times a day as a maintenance routine, ideally half an hour before meals with the last dose at bedtime, and increase the frequency for short periods when they feel they need it. Keeping your doses away from strong mint, coffee and food is thought to help, and consistency over several weeks tends to matter more than any single dose.

Spray Highlights

Lactose-free, dairy-free and sugar-free

6X potency, as Dr Schuessler intended

Measured 0.2ml dose per spray

Around 150 sprays per 30ml bottle

Slim, travel-friendly pack

For a simple, skin-focused tissue salt you can take anywhere, the Calc Sulph spray is a great addition to your bathroom shelf.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0965/7191/6675/files/KIN-8072_f55c3a21-7534-4987-89ed-54b36e53f8db.webp?v=1793966319
